THE CORNERSTONE: Who We Are

At Evers CPA, we’re building an accounting firm on a blueprint that is efficient, adaptable, and finds creative ways to problem solve with a calm and thoughtful approach. There’s no corporate grind or awkward elevator talk with us, just people who are hands-on, serious about the craft, and work in sync with a team that values getting it right and on time.

We take the reins when it comes to financial and accounting strategy. We lead, set the tone, and manage expectations up front. Our clients are construction industry pros who value partnership over micromanagement. They respect process, technology, and a mutual decisiveness that keeps jobs running and financials on track. Overall, we’re a firm that values a direct and pragmatic style, pays attention to our clients, and delivers projects with the highest integrity.

THE BUILDER: Who You Are

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Accountant who’s as sharp with budgeting and forecasting as they are with inventive solutions to an ever-changing industry terrain. You’re stoked about WIP schedules, and can dissect financials down to the penny. You’re clear, insightful, and always show up with a ‘good-morning’ for your clients and team.

You’re the kind of person who doesn’t need to be ‘managed.’ You’re a natural at discerning how to lead your team, review their work, and collaborate around shared vision. You’re detail-obsessed, but can also laugh at the absurdity of life. If you want a place where you can own your craft, work with a tenacious team, and throw in a little dry wit every now and then, this could be your perfect fit.
