Who We Are

BWCO CPAs is a tech-savvy, endlessly curious tax and accounting firm poised and inspired to grow substantially in the next three to five years. We’re at a tipping point of big change and are looking for our next visionary professional to journey with us and be part of something special. Culture is everything at BWCO. We don’t use the word’‘staff”; rather, we work together as a team toward common goals with a shared goodness. We value kindness and participation in a warm, supportive environment that prioritizes outstanding client service. We pay attention to detail, striving for consistency in our work and attitude alike, with an eye toward a successful, sustainable future.

Who You Are

For this position we’re looking for a true leader - a QBO master who has the prowess to slay compliance and tax regulations, and a willingness to guide with kindness and compassion. You know how to deal with pressure and deadlines. You’re a leader who can pivot. You're strong but not aggressive, compassionate but not soft. If a client is short, you know it’s because they’re busy. If things get messy, your grounded energy saves the day. You’re team-focused, company-oriented, and know your contribution directly affects our positive impact. We love the creative expression of who you are as much as your management of professional challenges as they arise. Above all, you love the work, care about your clients, and want to be part of a growing, edgy, future-oriented firm.
