We’re excited to find a dynamic Full Charge Bookkeeper who is precise, savvy, and ready to supervise others. You’ll also play a key role in navigating our tech advancements, particularly in migrating and converting QuickBooks Desktop to QBO.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support
- Review, finalize, and manage bookkeeping tasks and client accounts
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Finalize books and prepare financial statements, coordinating with CPAs and tax accountants to record necessary adjustments for tax preparation and planning
- Assist with office management and support the owner/founder with team oversight
- Lead and streamline processes, including converting/migrating QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What You’ve Already Got:
- 3-5+ years of recent experience in bookkeeping - specifically QuickBooks Desktop and Online (QBO)
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) and Online, and experience with QBD to QBO conversions
- Experience working in a CPA or CAS firm, or multi-client environment required
- Experience and genuine interest in training younger team members required
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Innate desire to serve and really care about clients
- Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
- QB Desktop, QBO and/or QBO Advanced Certification(s) preferred
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB), CMA, or CPA certification(s) a plus
- Knowledge or curiosity of automation tools, and natural inclination to streamline, document, and automate accounting workflows a major plus
What We Give:
- Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
- Part-time hours (minimum 32-35 hours/week) considered
